2025
We teamed up with Studio Ping Pong to turn the strengths & beliefs of a 25-year old financial firm into compelling content for their new website.
The context
AUTUS Wealth is a trusted firm with extremely loyal clientele. They felt the need to improve their (admittedly basic) digital presence, which they felt did not capture their true essence. After one meeting, we had to agree.
Our task
To reflect the firm's impressive thinking, research and beliefs into words on the website; and give design a creative springboard.

If you want to skip the case study and just see our work
That's perfectly alright.
When we do website content writing projects, we like to believe that we supply - like Extreme - more than words.
How we wrote the AUTUS Wealth site
Understanding: We got to understand AW's business and people through an in-person meeting-workshop. We figured what was important to them - showcasing trust, their pride in research, and not coming across as salesy. We also got to know them as people - their individual passions which we felt was a good aspect to highlight.
Tonality & layout: The basis for the words that were to come. We explored a few tone of voice options with examples. To make the job of visualising the site and copy better, we also developed a website layout, our standard practice. Though wireframing is normally a UX person's job, as content strategists we believe a few things should come from us - what are the pages, what should be laid out where, and so on. This is really where a bit of strategic thinking helps - every site, every company is different.
The actual words: And we'd get down to writing stuff. More on that below.
Handholding through deployment: Once the words are done, they pass on to our design partners - in this case, Studio Ping Pong. What looks good in a Google Doc doesn't necessarily translate well to Figma, so we're on hand to make changes, add metadata, and all that other good stuff before the site goes live.
Some things we were proud of
There's always some part of a writing project we look back fondly on. Maybe it was a business challenge we solved with a clever layout, maybe it was subsuming a lot in a pithy paragraph, maybe it was just a nice line. And sure, while you could go and read all our copy on the site, here are some highlights for us.
